1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to Orcuspay websites, dashboards, hosted checkout pages, payment links, invoices, APIs, modules, Dakpion SMS verification tools, risk and report features, and related merchant payment operations tools. By creating an account, signing in, configuring a business, using the API, or connecting a module, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orcuspay's Role
Orcuspay is a merchant payment operations layer. It helps merchants configure payment methods, create payment links and invoices, run hosted checkout, call API endpoints, track gateway responses, review fraud signals, export operational data, and connect modules such as WHMCS, WooCommerce, PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Android. Orcuspay is not a bank, wallet provider, card network, money transmitter, escrow service, or payment processor unless we state otherwise in a separate written agreement.
3. Accounts, Businesses, and Authority
You must provide accurate account, business, support, branding, notification, customer, product, invoice, payment link, payment method, and integration information. If you use Orcuspay for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for activity by owners, admins, staff, invited members, modules, API clients, and devices connected to your business.
4. Credentials, Live/Test Modes, and Integrations
Orcuspay may issue live and test API credentials and may store merchant-provided gateway, webhook, callback, IPN, SendLime, Dakpion, and module configuration. You are responsible for keeping dashboard login credentials, API keys, provider secrets, webhooks, Android device credentials, and module credentials confidential. Requests made with your credentials are treated as authorized by your business.
5. Payments, Gateways, and Settlement
Payment processing, authorization, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, provider fees, compliance review, and payout timing are controlled by the payment gateways, banks, wallet providers, card processors, crypto services, remittance providers, or manual methods you configure. Orcuspay records and displays payment status based on available gateway responses, callbacks, verification results, manual review, Dakpion SMS sync, and merchant action. You remain responsible for reconciling records with your provider statements.
6. Dakpion SMS Verification and Notifications
Dakpion features depend on Android devices, SIMs, SMS delivery, battery status, connectivity, app permissions, and correct merchant mapping of SIM slots, phone numbers, and payment methods. Orcuspay may show device health, last seen status, last SMS sync time, and payment verification results, but you remain responsible for operating your devices and reviewing verification outcomes. Merchant-owned SMS, WhatsApp, and email notifications, including SendLime credentials and usage fees, are your responsibility.
7. Risk Review, Blocklists, and Reports
Risk scores, fraud events, flags, blocklists, filters, exports, and settlement-style reports are operational tools only. They do not guarantee fraud prevention, payment recovery, or compliance with any law or provider rule. You are responsible for reviewing flagged payments, approving or rejecting manual proof, managing blocklists, handling refunds, and making final business decisions.
8. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for your products and services, pricing, taxes, customer support, refunds, cancellations, disputes, delivery, invoices, receipts, privacy notices, legal compliance, provider agreements, sanctions screening, and prohibited-business rules that apply to your business. You must not use Orcuspay for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, high-risk, unauthorized, or abusive activity, or to bypass gateway, bank, wallet, or card-network requirements.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Orcuspay as the product, provider requirements, or security needs change. We work to keep Orcuspay reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or availability of every payment method, API endpoint, report, export, module, or provider integration at all times.
10. Fees
Orcuspay may offer the platform with no monthly platform fee. Third parties may still charge gateway, bank, wallet, card, SMS, WhatsApp, hosting, currency conversion, chargeback, refund, payout, or module usage fees. If Orcuspay introduces paid plans, usage limits, or optional paid services, we will present the applicable terms before you are charged.
11. Intellectual Property and Feedback
Orcuspay, including its dashboard, APIs, documentation, website, designs, workflows, and software, belongs to Orcuspay or its licensors. You may use Orcuspay only as allowed by these Terms. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve the service without restriction or compensation.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account, credentials, business, devices, integrations, or transactions create security, legal, fraud, abuse, provider, or platform risk. You may stop using Orcuspay at any time. Some records may be retained as needed for security, audit, legal, accounting, dispute, or operational reasons.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
Orcuspay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Orcuspay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, provider downtime, incorrect configuration, merchant error, failed notifications, device failure, fraud, disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized account access, or customer claims.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Orcuspay changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Orcuspay after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
